Description
We offer five petroleum industry databases on a single CD-ROM. Each of the databases is included in five file formats - Excel (XLS), MS Access (MDB), dBaseIII (DBF), Lotus (WK1) and a format for an excellent DOS program called Powerbase. In addition, several of the databases are available in a raw text format that was used to generate the original files.
The Coalbed Methane Database and Texas Formation Water Chlorides Database are on our web site for free access.
The Access and Powerbase formats
are ready to use databases with at least one screen layout. (Microsoft Access
is required to use the MDB format.) The Powerbase files include the
DOS program itself, indexes, links between files where necessary and a sample
report layout. The WK1, DBF, and XLS file formats can be imported into most
other database programs.

Ordering Information for CD databases:
Except for the DOS Powerbase formats, the data is in raw form and must be imported or opened in your database or spreadsheet program. Defective CD's will be promptly exchanged. Please ask questions about the product in advance of purchase. We can supply partial data sets in any of the file formats for testing and review at no charge.
We accept checks or will invoice you. All products are shipped via Priority Mail. All Five databases, in five different formats on a single CD-ROM for $299. We pay the shipping. Texas addreses add sales tax of $24.66
